The company is devoted to the specialized consultant in the domain of strategic planning, territory management, urbanization, studies of environmental impact, as well to the specialty projects and detail in engineering and architectures areas.
CESE – Estudos & Consultoria, Lda. is located in the center of the city of Praia, denominated Plateau, with delegations in the Sal Island and in the City of Ribeira Grande of Santiago (Cidade Velha).
